Chef Jack Lee is a celebrity Chef and Tv personality. He has appearing on Chopped and has worked oversees in Vietnam doing a number of food programs and community work.

This new venture of The Chef Jack Lee Experience is an elevated dinner and show. Jack is a performer on stage and behind the scenes. I used the metaphor as a conductor leading the audience and controlling the night with segments on stage cooking with a bit of how to in the kitchen.

As the audience eats with their eyes and sees how the dish is prepared, with perfect timing, each table is served. 

​

Each show has a great atmosphere and always sends the audience home with not only a full stomach but also a new trick in the kitchen.

I was tasked with planning, shooting, directing, editing and delivering the final assets.
